Upbeat song from Scott's new CD - Learning to Love
More info at http://scottwilderweb.com
Anyone out there see me?
Hearing me play my songs for you
A sly rhyme my point of view
Who are the people standing in front of me?
What did they come to see?
A one night stand music rendezvous
Don’t say that I didn’t warn ya.
Can’t stay; so time is important
Love’s made a stand and you will have to go through Him
There’s time to live and to laugh
There’s hope that good things will last
When we embrace that then we will be learning to love
There’s no one standing in the way
There’s nothing more that’s left to say
One step of faith it all it takes to be learning to love
Love isn’t always easy, But it’s kind an ever true
It’s standing there waiting for you
Standing there waiting like people in front of me.
Who do you wanna be?
A pulse that only beats or mercy’s proof?
Don’t wait for ‘always …
